01What oil do you use?
Pure coconut oil — always. Never palm oil, never refined vegetable oil. This is non-negotiable for us. The flavour difference is real and it's why Kerala chips taste the way they do.
02Do the chips have preservatives?
No preservatives, no artificial colours, no artificial flavours. Ingredients list: real food only. Shelf life is 3 months from date of frying when stored in a cool, dry place.
03How long does shipping take?
We ship from Bangalore via standard courier — most orders reach you in 3–5 business days. We ship across India.
04How do I order?
WhatsApp us or DM on Instagram. We'll confirm availability, share payment details (UPI/bank transfer), and dispatch within 24 hours of payment.
05Do you do bulk / gifting orders?
Yes! Corporate gifting, Onam hampers, wedding favours — we love bulk orders. WhatsApp us to discuss quantities and custom packaging options.
06Are you available on Amazon or Blinkit?
Not yet — we're a direct-to-consumer brand for now. Direct orders mean fresher chips and we get to know our customers. Marketplaces coming soon.
